Job Description

An apartment complex is seeking Building Maintenance Technicians to make dry wall, carpentry, change out outlets and fixtures, and perform other general maintenance duties.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must bring your own basic tools, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
