Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrator/Accounting Assistant, who can wear many hats, to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Duties:

  • Answer phones and provide customer service
  • Order lunches and office supplies
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Post Accounts Receivables and Payables
  • Process Invoices
  • Make light collection calls 
  • Perform other duties as needed

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior Administrative, Accounting, and Customer Service experience
  • Must be able to pay attention to detail while multi-tasking 
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate data entry skills
