Administrator/Accounting Assistant

Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrator/Accounting Assistant, who can wear many hats, to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Duties:
- Answer phones and provide customer service
- Order lunches and office supplies
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
- Post Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Process Invoices
- Make light collection calls
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have prior Administrative, Accounting, and Customer Service experience
- Must be able to pay attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate data entry skills
