Job Description
We have an immediate need for an individual to assist with administrative duties. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Answer a high level of phone calls
- Provide customer service
- Perform data entry
- Sort and assembler documents for processing
- Use Salesforce software
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a strong customer service background
- Must have accurate typing and data entry skills with knowledge of Salesforce software
- Must be high organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to switch gears when needed
- Must have excellent communication skills with a clear, articulate, and business savvy phone voice
- Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
- Must be able to prioritize in a very fast-paced office
