Job Description
A construction company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Additionally, you will provide support to purchasing, accounting, handle the office needs, and manage the general administrative activities. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous administrative experience, must have excellent oral and written communication skills, must be computer literate, must be highly organized, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Experience working in the construction field and QuickBooks experience is a strong plus.
