Job Description

A large management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, long-term opportunity.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review all invoices, prepare payable packages, and authorize payment
  • Dispatch contractors to make routine and emergency repairs
  • Research Yardi Management and Accounting System as needed to provide background information to property managers
  • Prepare work orders and obtain bids for any needed repairs; parking lot lights, asphalt repairs, striping, HVAC, and roof leaks
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, prepare and update property management reports
  • Respond to tenant requests, vendor inquiries, and establish and maintain positive relationship with tenants

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Commercial Real Estate Management experience
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi experience is a plus
  • Must be mature with an outgoing, self-assured, and pleasant personality
  • Must have accurate data entry skills
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
