A large management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, long-term opportunity.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 


  • Review all invoices
  • Prepare complete payable package with copies of bids, warranties, photos, etc.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from tenants and vendors
  • Create and maintain light spreadsheets using Excel
  • Contact third parties by phone or Outlook to resolve minor issues
  • Prepare and track work orders
  • Assist in coordinating work with in-house maintenance technicians




  • Must have previous office setting experience
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be mature with an outgoing, self-assured, and pleasant personality
  • Must have accurate data entry skills
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
