Job Description
A local company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an immediate opportunity. You will post accounts payables and receivables, type quotes, prepare bids, and perform other administrative/bookkeeping duties as necessary. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have Administrative Assistant experience, must be able to post accounts payable/receivable, must have heavy Word and Excel skills, must be good with math and numbers, must have the ability to work independently, and must be detail-oriented. Only candidates that can pass a background check or drug screen will be considered. Sage and Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
