Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist their service center. You will answer phones, screen visitors, organize information, accounts receivable deposits, accounts payable duties, and perform other office tasks as needed. This opportunity is for about 5 months and work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Administrative and Bookkeeping experience, must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have the ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgement, must be able to maintain an effective working relationship with team members. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
