Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A real estate agent is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to answer phones, greet visitors, respond to emails, sort mail, file documents, set up appointments for the Sales Representatives, and perform other duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous administrative experience, must be computer literate, must have strong customer service skills, and must have a professional demeanor. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
