Job Description
A local company has a full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Field Service Staff with research, data entry, filing, and general office duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Send out equipment for calibration and track calibration schedule
- Assist with motor inventory and maintenance in warehouse
- Schedule motor testing and spinning of shafts
- Assist with quoting and closing of jobs
- Provide support to staff members in other departments and perform other clerical duties as needed
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must have previous Administrative experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to pay a high attention to detail
- Must be able to thrive in fast pace, constantly changing environment
- Must be diligent, meticulous, responsible, dependable, and a self-starter
- Must be willing to learn the technical skills related to the industry
