A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the CEO. You will make travel arrangements, run expense reports, use Microsoft Office Suite, and handle personal duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous Administrative experience, must have experience making travel arrangements, must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, must have strong organizational skills while having the ability to pay a high attention to detail, must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently, must be able to keep sensitive client information confidential, and must be warm, friendly, and outgoing. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
