A global manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
- Heavy typing and dictation
- Send out mailings
- Schedule meetings and events
- Make travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Perform other Administrative duties
- Must have Administrative experience
- Must be able to take and transcribe dictation
- Must have previous experience scheduling events and making travel arrangements
- Must have strong computer and communication skills
- Must be thick skinned and about to work with difficult individuals
- Must be comfortable working alone
