A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Review and send orders to customers
- Record time card activities
- Create Bills of Lading and shipping documents
- Update status of outside purchase orders
- Organize and file job history and drawings
- Must have previous Administrative experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience reading mechanical drawings is a plus
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be dependable
