This repair shop is seeking an Administrative Assistant who possesses a “people person” attitude to develop client relationships, generate revenue, dispatch trucks, answer emails, entering data into computer, and perform other office duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have previous administrative assistant experience in the trucking industry, must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced office, must have accurate data entry skills, must have an articulate phone voice with a professional image, must be a team player, and must be detail-oriented. Only candidates that can pass a background and BMV check, and drug screen will be considered. Client wants a candidate who is looking for a permanent career opportunity.
