This financial organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an immediate opportunity.  You will generate and file documents, create and update spreadsheets, send and respond to emails, and perform other general office duties as assigned. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday.

Qualified candidates must have previous Administrative Assistant experience, must be bondable, must be proficient using MS Office, must have accurate typing and data entry skills, and must be organized and detail-oriented.  Any candidate that has a Financial background is a plus.  Only candidates that can pass a background check, credit check and drug screen will be considered.
