Administrative Assistant
Job Description
A local supply company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to answer phones and assist cashier, and help with accounts payable, receivable, and purchasing duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have administrative experience, must have accounting and purchasing knowledge, must be computer literate, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company will provide training to the right person.
