A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Update calendar for conference and training rooms
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing packages, as well as office supplies
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have at least 2 years administrative experience
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have Microsoft Office knowledge
- Must be professional, energetic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
