Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

A business service company is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, client is flexible regarding hours.
- Answer calls from new and existing clients, answer basic questions, and transfer call to service manager when needed
- Schedule repairs, re-route technicians as necessary, and maintain files
- Enter service and installation orders into customer billing database
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Must have previous administrative and customer service experience; HVAC industry knowledge is a huge plus
- Must be computer literate with accurate typing and data entry skills
- Must have an enthusiastic phone presence
- Must have strong organizational skills
