Administrative Assistant - Part-time

Established west-side company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a part-time, long-term opportunity. You will assist with sales quotes, email and follow-up letters to potential clients, enter data into the computer, and perform various office duties that are requested. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have administrative experience, must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, must be energetic with the ability to multi-task, must have superior customer service and communication skills, must be detail-oriented, and must be very professional. Any candidate that has ESC and ACT Software knowledge is a plus.
