A software engineering firm has a full-time opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant – Account Clerk.  Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 


  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Update and maintain files
  • Greet visitors
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Generate memos, letters, bids, quotes, and reports
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivables, reconcile accounts, enter invoices, and process month end closing




  • Must have Administrative and Accounting experience
  • Must have accurate data entry and computer skills with an eye for detail
  • Must have excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
