Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk

This production company is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk for a full-time position. Work hours for are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and e-mails
- Utilize SAP, Word, and Excel
- Must have previous Administrative Assistant experience
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP Software
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task, have an eye for detail, and prioritize
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work independently
