Administrative - Executive Assistant
Parma, OH 44130
A local organization is seeking an Administrative – Executive Assistant for a full-time position. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Answer phones and file documents
- Process dues via phone or people directly coming in
- Coordinate executive communications and respond to emails and calls
- Handle Union Agreements, wage sheets, and all mailings
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Must have previous Administrative – Executive Assistant experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Access
- Must have strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to maintain an organized filing system, complete all paperwork on time, and have an eye for detail
