Job Description

We have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and process verbal, faxed, and emailed customer inquiries
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Update status of outside purchase orders
  • Organize and file job history and drawings
  • Review premium orders to stay on schedule
  • Document control and scanning
  • Assist office staff when on vacation
  • Contribute to other clerical and administrative functions as required
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to different needs each day

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have proven Administrative Assistant experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook with accurate data entry skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
