Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
Job Description
An Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist is needed to balance a check book, post accounts and invoices, process check runs, enter data, handle some collections, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have Accounts Payable and Receivable experience, must have a Manufacturing background, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must be organized with the ability to prioritize, and must have maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
