Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk - Part-time
Job Description
A local company is seeking an individual to handle accounts payables, accounts receivables, sort mail, make collection calls, possible processing invoices and reconciliations. This is a part-time position.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have previous Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience, must have QuickBooks experience, must have strong communication and organizational skills, must be detail-oriented with the ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner, and must be able to maintain confidentiality. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has Foundations Software is helpful.
