A business service company is seeking an Accounts Payable – Payroll Clerk for a full-time position.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Sort and verify accuracy of reconciliations, disbursements, promotional checks, revenue, and exemptions
  • Prepare and maintain various daily reports
  • Post ledger payments, reconcile, bill all ledger accounts, and process adjustments as needed
  • Prepare and email invoices and follow through on collections payments
  • Assist with month end and inventory tracking
  • Review hourly records and process payroll
  • Assist management with additional duties

 

 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Accounts Payable and Payroll Processing experience
  • Must be proficient using ADP Payroll
  • Must have previous hotel experience
  • Must have strong communication, organizational, and follow through skills with the ability to pay high attention to detail
  • Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
