A large manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a full-time opportunity.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 


  • Sort, code, match, review, and verify invoices and check requests, set up invoices for payment, and enter into system
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers, payments, and perform check runs
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records, reconcile account payable transactions, and prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor accounts, research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files and correspond to inquiries
  • Produce monthly reports, assist with month-end closing, and provide supporting documentation for audits


  • Must have 1 to 3 years Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Accounting Software
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills, an eye for detail, along with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have problem solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential information
