Accounting Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting Clerk who will perform general clerical duties related to accounts payables and transactional reporting in Epicor ERP. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Enter invoices into Epicor ERP after performing 3-way match
- Research, data entry, file, and maintain accurate and complete records
- Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivable mailboxes
- Answering phones calls, assist visitors, and order lunch for company events
- Take on tasks or projects as needed throughout the company
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associates’ Degree in Accounting/Finance or 2 years’ experience in accounts payable
- Must be proficient Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Must have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn
