Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to interact with and support the company's Accounting Department and work with various departments within the company. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Duties:
- Assist Billing Clerk in processing all customer invoices to meet customer requirements; Domestic and International
- Scan various documents into the On-base System
- Assist receptionist answering phones
- Cross-train for back-up of Accounting team
- Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years billing knowledge and general accounting experience
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, experience accessing and utilizing ERP portals, and have accurate 10-key skills
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task, follow-up, and be highly detail oriented
