A growing manufacturing company is seeking Rubber Extrusion Operators to produce and continuously monitor product to customer and internal specifications, maintain accurate production records, and keep the line running right.  There are openings on both first and second shifts at both facility locations in Middlefield and Tallmadge Ohio.

Job Duties:

• Set up dies and downstream equipment and load materials
• Accurately read prints, blueprints, and calipers 
• Produce and continuously monitor product per customer and internal specifications
• Maintain accurate recording of production data
• Package finished goods
• Keep work area clean and neat  

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Experienced with proper use of gauges and tooling is preferred
• Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must have basic math and reading skills, be a fast learner with a positive attitude
• Must have the ability to accurately read prints, blueprints, and calipers 
• Must be self-motivated, driven, and ready to make an impact
• Must be able to pay a high attention to detail 
• Must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be comfortable standing 1 to 8 hours each day
• Must have the ability to keep work areas clean and organized and follow all company instructions, rules, and policies
