This travel agent is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper for a long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for entering data, inputting payroll, scheduling appointments, generating finance statements, reconciling accounts, making bank deposits, managing employee benefits, handling wire transfers and processing invoices. Hours will be between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have prior bookkeeping experience, including payroll, financial statements, employee benefits and invoicing, and must be detail-oriented. Experience with ADP or Global Ware Accounting is a plus.
