We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic who will work with a skilled team dedicated to safety and integrity and ensuring the company operations run smoothly and efficiently.  This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Duties:

• Perform all building maintenance work in a safe manner following company policies and OSHA regulations and in accordance with Preventative Maintenance Procedures
• Troubleshoot machinery, determine and implement corrective actions
• Remove, modify, and replacement of machine components as needed and order parts as needed in accordance with company policy
• Perform ARC and MIG welding, torch cutting, metal fabrication, pipe fittings, and operate all machines
• Program, change outputs and inputs, modify programs, use laptop to troubleshoot equipment, and work with schematics, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Work with and train new maintenance mechanics
• Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have manufacturing experience; steel experience is preferred
• Must have knowledge of electrical functions, experience with PLC’s and drives, and apply to assignments 
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot machinery, determine, and implement corrective actions
• Must be able to perform Mig, Arc Welding, Torch Cutting, Metal Fabrications, and Pipe Fittings
• Must be able to work with schematics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Must have the ability to program, change outputs and inputs, modify programs, and use laptop to troubleshoot equipment 
• Must be able to lift, plan, control inventory, and work with steel power tools 
• The ability to work days or afternoon shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed with short notice
• Must be able to follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and in accordance with Preventative Maintenance Procedures
