A manufacturing company is seeking a Machine Tender who will assure that all machines are producing quality parts according to customer and company specifications and requirements.  You will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  

Duties:

• Observe all requirements for ISO 9001 
• Read and follow the instructions for each job and collect and gage samples to assure they are within specifications
• Inspect the parts frequently, clean, wipe, and blow out the molds, and answer alarms and respond accordingly
• Attend up to 10 machines, assemble the production boxes, complete all documents, and transport boxes to proper staging area
• Clip, trim, or break parts from runners when required
• Communicate and work with employees from all departments and shifts
• Identify and react to defective and non-conforming parts
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• Must have basic machine experience 
• Must be able to work with mildly hot plastic parts carefully and safely use razor knife and gate cutters
• Must have the ability to make repetitive motions while loading inserts on machines
• Must be able to frequently inspect parts
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds using both hands
• Must be able to read and comprehend written and computer instructions
• Must have the ability to maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Must be comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing, and being on your feel most of the shift
• Must have a valid and clean State of Ohio Driver's License
• Must be able to follow all safety rules and requirements
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
