A manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to introduce the products to the clients and increase profitable sales and services.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Research current customers and their industries to gain a greater understanding of the application of our products
  • Monitor orders and quotes to insure timely deliveries, identify delays, and advise customers of status changes
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers
  • Utilize CRM, industrial software, and other software programs to keep customer data, quote status, and orders placed
  • Review Request for Quotations and professionally prepare and present quotations and other inquiries, or offer alternative solutions
  • Follow-up on quotations and other information submitted in a timely manner
  • Make efforts to achieve the short term sales targets while adhering to applicable company process and procedures
  • Cold call prospective customers explaining the different products and services offered
  • Record details of every sales transaction and submit weekly reports
  • Research new markets, potential customer, and generate new leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Inside Sales experience
  • Must be knowledgeable using CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent communication skills with a high level of confidence and professionalism when talking to customers
  • Must be a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-taking skills is required
  • Must have strong skills in analysis of the market and target potential clients
  • Must be actively involved in the developmental plans of the company
