Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

This large hotel is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a long-term opportunity. You will answer phones, check guests in and out of hotel, handle guest requests and complaints, and perform other duties as assigned. Work hours are 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; however, you need to work weekends and holidays.
Qualified candidates must have previous hotel front desk experience, must have a friendly personality and professional appearance, must have outstanding customer service skills, must be computer literate, must have an articulate and upbeat phone presence, must be detail-oriented, must be able to work holidays and weekends, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
