Executive Secretary
Job Description
We have a position available for an Executive Secretary to write and proofread documents, draft contracts, and work with top companies. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior Executive Secretary experience, must have the ability to write formal documents and draft contracts, must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite along with accurate data entry skills, must have strong proofreading skills, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has a Paralegal level skill set is a huge plus.
