A growing investment firm is seeking an experienced and trustworthy Executive Secretary.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendar
  • Make travel arrangements and plan small events
  • Handle marketing duties
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and proposals
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior Executive Assistant experience is required
  • Must be computer savvy, extremely organized, and trustworthy
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Must have the ability to proofread documents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is needed
