Customer Service Representative

This service company is seeking a Customer Service Rep for an immediate, full-time opportunity. You will answer phones, enter data, book service calls, schedule and follow-up on appointments, and handle general office duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, you may be required to work Saturday.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, must be computer literate with proficient Outlook skills, must be able to book service calls, must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills, must have an articulate phone presence, and must be able to work required schedule. Only candidates that can pass a background check and credit check will be considered.
