A large manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Sales Support for an immediate opportunity. You will assist the sales group in improving customer satisfaction through improved warranty/return processes, information collection, and data reporting, handle all current and potential customer needs and issues, identify and monitor solutions to internal, external, and customer problems. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have Customer Service and Sales Support experience, must have strong computer skills, must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, and must have excellent communication skills. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
