Knockout/Cutoff Operator: Third Shift - $12.75/hr
Job description: Knockout ceramic from foundry molds with hammer, alloy type test using X-ray spectrometer, rough and precision cut of castings using abrasive cut-off saw, trim parts, ensure proper placement of alloy for revert, ensure proper paperwork is with foundry cast molds prior to Knockout, record all work performed in Lot Control, keep work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition, comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, follow all safety rules, and perform other duties.
DIP Utility Operator: Second or Third Shift - $12.75/hr
Job description: Wash and set mold lines for robot dipping as indicated on daily department schedule, data input into computer terminal during preparation of dip lines, maintain, transfer, or scrap out slurry mixes and etch tanks as indicated, clean and maintain rotary and Shell O Matic Sanders as production and process control scheduling dictates, notify Process Control whenever problems arise relative to the shell building process, verify incoming materials, daily upkeep of the mold preparation dip room and ceramic storage areas, maintain various equipment and zone logs, strict compliance to all plant safety rules, procedures, and scrap reporting, sand blast components associated with the dipping process, and perform other duties as assigned.
Foundry Service Helper: Second or Third Shift – Pay commensurate with experience
Job Description: Level, dye check, and water wash, re-dip and wrap, and clean and cap molds, operate the pusher furnace for loading and unloading molds for Equiax cast, load D/S, S/C, and Equiax vacuum furnace and stock set-up boxes, set-up vacuum furnaces, meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards established, record all work performed, follow all procedures as required for standard and special mold process, keep work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition and follow all safety rules, comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, and perform all other duties.
Shipping/Receiving Clerk: First Shift - $12.75/hr
Job Description: Receive and verify counts on all incoming shipments, prepare all necessary paperwork for distribution of materials throughout the plant, enter all incoming deliveries into SyteLine and AQCS, file all purchase orders and balances on purchase orders, fill out all requisitions for department, bend and lift various weights, surroundings includes a variety of climate conditions from pleasant to extreme, maintain good housekeeping with dock, storage areas, and equipment use, follow all plant safety rules and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, and perform other duties.
Wax Assemblers: Second or Third Shift - $12.75 hr
Job Description: Assemble wax pattern clusters per procedures (PEI/SOP), inspect components before and after assembly for casting defects, broken corners, lugs, missing pins, and correct serial numbers, determine the acceptability to specifications, return acceptable and unacceptable patterns back to the appropriate stations or operators, properly identify work performed on clusters in Lot Control and affix acquired identification to molds, meet the specific productivity and quality requirements, comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures, follow all safety rules, keep the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition, and perform all other duties.
All positions require previous experience. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
