This marketing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, long-term position. You will provide administrative support to department head, generating documents, answering phones, creating and updating spreadsheets in MS Excel, and working on various projects. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have strong administrative assistant experience, must be career-minded, must have strong computer skills and must be an analytical, self-starter.
