Insurance Customer Service Representative - Part-time

An insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Answer incoming and make outgoing calls
- Make cancellation and renewals
- Collect policy holder data to quote and change policies
- Greet clients and provide customer service
- Must have a High School Diploma; Associates Degree is preferred
- Must have 2 to 3 years of Customer Service and General Office experience
- Must be familiar with P&C Insurance
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must have a professional phone presence
- Must be detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
