A local management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Directors of Accounting and IT to provide personalized administrative, accounting, and analysis support. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Maintain the daily operations of the office, answer the phones, greet guests
- Order office supplies, handle outgoing regular and overnight mail, and stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail
- Type and file correspondence
- Assist with various IT duties
- Mail out invoices, statements, and checks
- Deposit checks and cash received
- Perform other duties as needed
- Must have previous administrative, accounting, and basis IT experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- Must have accurate typing and data entry skills
- Must have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
