This IT company is seeking a Server Network Engineer for a long-term, full-time opportunity. You will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of a variety of networking initiatives. Duties include MS Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory, MS Windows SBS 2003/2008/2011, MS Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010 and server/storage virtualization deployments, supporting various Linux and open source applications, documenting procedures, serving as primary point of contact and technical liaison with customer and in-house support, and updating and managing incoming Work Orders. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Qualified candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years of Server Network Engineer experience, must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite, must have strong organizational skills, and must have the ability to work self-manage and set clear goals.
