A large sales and service company is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage the proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up, sales coordination, and customer satisfaction activities.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM and administer OS Account Lists
  • Track growth at prospect accounts and document submittals for projects
  • Generate sales charts for posting and special reports for management
  • Document submittals for projects
  • Manage administration of sales blitz and literate for manufacturers
  • Develop tracking procedures, follow leads, and track results
  • Manage customer satisfaction surveys and calls
  • E-mail marketing campaign, seminars, advertising, and direct mail campaigns
  • Shipment status for open orders, filing of closed jobs, and assist with quotes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous Sales and Marketing experience
  • Must understand all internal systems (SAMPro, DB Analytics, CRM) as well as all supplier sites for order management
  • Must be proficient using Windows based programs
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently
