This management company is seeking a Sales Assistant for a part-time position.  Responsibilities include taking phone calls from clients with problems, dispatching the workers to make the repairs, entering work orders, and sending out proposals.  You will work 20 to 25 hours each week, preferably from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

 

Qualified candidates must have Sales Assistant experience, must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel, must have accurate data entry skills, must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and must be dependable.
