Office Support Clerk
Richmond Heights, OH | Temp-to-Hire
This technical service is seeking an Office Support Clerk for an immediate, full-time opportunity. You will assist with various office duties, including converting technical manuals, updating FedEx database, entering data, answering phones, generating documents in MS Word and Excel, utilizing Adobe FrameMaker, and dealing with high-profile clients. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have prior administrative experience, must have a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, must have excellent communication skills, must have a solid work history, must be reliable, must have a positive attitude, and must have accurate data entry skills. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. AdobeFrameMaker experience is preferred. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
