A large manufacturing company is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide support to the Owner and Sales Manager. You will answer phones, take orders, maintain/update schedule, perform heavy Word and Excel duties, organize business activities, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have prior Executive Assistant experience, must be proficient with Word and Excel, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have strong organizational and customer service skills, must be able to work well under pressure, and must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in dealing with all matters. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
