Apartment Custodian
Job Description
An apartment complex is seeking an individual to sweep, mop, and sanitize all floors, clean and sanitize all elevators, keep mops and buckets clean, and the custodial supply area organized and clean. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have prior janitorial or custodian experience, must wear boots and gloves so as to work and sanitize areas safely and properly, must be safety-conscious, and must be reliable. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
