A large management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, long-term opportunity. You will be responsible for reviewing all invoices, working with accounting department regarding charges and purchases, updating contract books and Excel spreadsheets, maintaining utility log and certificates of insurance book, tenant sales figures, and researching all accounts. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have office setting experience working directly with higher level executives, must be proficient in Excel, must have basic accounts payables experience, must have accurate data entry skills, must have excellent verbal communication skills, must have strong organizational skills, must be good with numbers, and must be a reliable, self-starter individual. Any candidate that has Yardi experience is a plus.
